Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, supplier management, and inbound logistics across Australia and New Zealand.

This role sits at the centre of operations and requires someone who can confidently manage suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability, delivery performance, and cost visibility. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of supply while supporting a growing and evolving product range.

This position is well suited to someone from a freight forwarding, import coordination, or supplier-facing supply chain background looking to step into a broader role with increased ownership and exposure across the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement across international and local suppliers
• Supplier relationship management and performance oversight
• Coordination with freight forwarders (sea freight, airfreight, EXW shipments)
• Monitoring inbound shipments, ETAs, and delivery commitments
• Raising and managing purchase orders across stock and project requirements
• Managing landed cost visibility, supplier pricing, and cost alignment within ERP
• Supporting forecasting, pipeline visibility, and forward planning
• Identifying and driving improvements across supplier and purchasing processes

About You:

• You have experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, freight forwarding, or import/export operations, with a strong understanding of supplier interaction and inbound logistics.
• You are organised,detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple shipments, suppliers, and timelines simultaneously. You take ownership, follow through, and are comfortable stepping into conversations to drive outcomes.
• Candidates with experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or supplier coordination environments will be highly regarded.
