About The Role
The Supply Chain Business Partner is a critical, customer-facing role that connects Arrotex's supply chain with key wholesale partners. This role combines operational execution with strategic foresight to ensure product availability, minimize out-of-stocks, and continuously improve supply chain performance. Acting as the primary contact for wholesalers, the role focuses on strengthening partnerships, optimising inventory, and proactively addressing customer needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Arrotex and wholesalers for all supply chain operational matters
- Coordinate inventory control activities, including stock allocation, order management, and product availability optimisation
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory) to ensure alignment on supply and customer needs
- Lead and contribute to monthly supply chain review meetings with wholesalers, driving KPI tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and report on inventory performance, forecast accuracy, and supply chain KPIs to support service excellence and SIFOT outcomes
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and strengthen customer relationships
Skills & Experience - 1yr+ experience in supply chain, logistics, within pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or similar industries
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
- A customer-centric mindset and focus on service excellence
- Analytical capability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and drive informed decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and escalate complex operational issues and present solutions clearly
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
