Foil Drive is redefining how people interact with the ocean through our retrofit electric Foil Assist systems, helping surfers catch more waves and ride longer. As we grow globally, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage purchase orders, freight, and supplier communications.

About the Role

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain. You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to support purchasing, inventory management, and order fulfilment activities across our global operations.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and committed to supporting efficient, cost-effective, and reliable supply chain operations.

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• 2–4 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics coordination
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, data analysis)
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (Cin7 & Shopify highly regarded)
• A solid understanding of procurement, inventory and inbound logistics
• Exposure to international freight, Incoterms and customs processes
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Clear, confident communication with both internal teams and external suppliers
• Mandarin language skills (spoken and written) – highly regarded but not essential

A tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics or a related field is desirable.
