About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse & Sales Support team member to join our growing business in a full-time capacity.

This is a diverse, hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, inventory coordination, customer service and sales support responsibilities. Due to the seasonal nature of the agricultural industry, the successful applicant will support multiple areas of the business to help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the branch.

Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will play an important role in maintaining warehouse efficiency, supporting customers and sales staff, and contributing to a safe and organised workplace environment.

The commencement date will be by mutual agreement, with salary to be negotiated based on experience and suitability for the role.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment
• A strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance and safe manual handling practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously when required
• A willingness to learn and support multiple operational functions across the branch
• A customer-focused approach with a professional and positive attitude

You will also possess:

• A current Driver’s Licence
• A current Forklift Licence (LF), or willingness to obtain
• Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning internal systems
• Physical capability to undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 30kg

Experience within the agricultural, warehousing, logistics or rural merchandise industries will be highly regarded.

While not essential, an HR or HC Truck Licence would be advantageous, as there may occasionally be opportunities to assist with customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will assist with a broad range of operational duties, including:

• Providing day-to-day sales and customer support
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading transport vehicles safely
• Packing and wrapping pallets for transport
• Assisting with stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory management
• Processing receivals and scanning associated paperwork
• Supporting safety, compliance and housekeeping requirements across the site
• Maintaining accurate stock movements and warehouse organisation
• Assisting with other operational tasks as directed by the Branch Manager
