What’s on offer?
We are seeking a full-time Sprayer Operator to join our Spray Seal crew based in Rutherford (Newcastle). The role involves operating various machines and equipment to apply spray/chip seal, asphalt and other materials to produce spray seal road surfacing applications.

This position will suit candidates looking to grow within the industry who are enthusiastic, have a keen attitude and a willingness to learn.

How you’ll connect to the role?

To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience;

• Hold a current MR/HR Licence as a minimum

• Have relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card

• A positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Possess a strong commitment to safety

• Someone who enjoys an outdoor working environment

• Have licence(s) on various mobile plant

• Must be available for overtime, weekends and to travel away from home as required

• Have previous experience in the industry or Leading Hand role (advantageous)
