We’re a forward-thinking team built on hard work, diversity, and a shared commitment to getting the job done right. Now, we’re looking for skilled and motivated Labourers to join our team working on projects across all of Melbourne. 

The Opportunity
As part of our dedicated site crew, you will work closely with the Site Supervisors to carry out the following duties:

• Manual labour and hands-on site work.
• Operating GPS equipment (training provided if needed.)
• Supporting plant and machinery teams.
• Following safe work practices and supervisor instructions.
• Helping keep sites productive, efficient, and safe.

What You Bring
We’re after solid workers with a great attitude and a genuine team spirit. To be considered, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in civil labouring (subdivisions a bonus.)
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• A valid White Card (OH&S Induction.)
• Machinery tickets are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A safety-first mindset and the ability to work under pressure
• A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work across multiple sites
• Full Australian work rights.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
