About the role
We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer – Civil to join our team on the the Carmody's Hill Wind Farm project. Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction activities to achieve safe, high-quality, and efficient project outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support civil construction activities
- Monitor project progress, productivity and site performance
- Interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Prepare engineering documentation, reports and site records
- Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination
- Support quality processes, inspections and compliance activities
- Track quantities, costs and project deliverables
- Ensure works comply with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
- Build effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders
About you
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, drawings and specifications
- Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders
- Committed to safety, quality and delivering successful project outcomes
