The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused PM Service Scheduler to join our Customer Support division at Fairfield, NSW.
Reporting to the PM Service Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating all PM service activities for our PM Service Technicians across the South East Region. This role is critical in ensuring customers receive proactive support while helping drive growth in Komatsu’s Preventive Maintenance service offering.
You’ll work closely with technicians, customers and internal support teams to maximise service efficiency, improve customer outcomes, and ensure the full PM service cycle is completed to Komatsu standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
