The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will drive business development and strategic client engagement with Local Government and private sectors. You’ll build strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients and position Maxima as a trusted recruitment partner, contributing to our future growth strategy.
This is a collaborative role, operating within an established framework you will work closely with the General Manager for Recruitment Services and will be supported by a team of Recruitment Consultants to deliver quality outcomes for clients and candidates.
You will be confident in establishing and building relationships, and the ability to undertake sales and promotion related activities. With a proactive and results orientated approach.
- Experience in recruitment, managing an industrial portfolio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills
- A pro-active mindset, focusing on seeking solutions to problems
- Solid administrative and computer skills
- A current driver’s license is essential
