The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, design, execution, and commissioning, as well as providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. The Senior Project Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, schedule development, resource allocation, and risk management.
Oversee the engineering design process, ensuring designs meet technical requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance, training, and support.
