Fulton Hogan - Infrastructure Services, is seeking two (2) experienced Senior Project Engineers to lead the civils department teams based in Ormeau and Caboolture, Queensland respectively.
Reporting to the Department Manager - Civil, this role will see you play a crucial part in developing and delivering various minor civil projects in the region on time, within budget and to a high standard of safety and quality. You will build on our strong key stakeholder relationships within both the government and private sectors, and you will be empowered to lead and develop a team of Project and Site Engineers to ensure successful project delivery within a safety-first culture.
This position may require some local and regional state travel as per individual project requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
How will you connect to the role?
You will possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with proven experience in civil/mining construction projects and pavement construction, as well as hold registration as a RPEQ or in the process of achieving RPEQ. TMR experience will be an advantage but not essential.
Your ability to manage multiple packages of work at once and to identify and address issues before they arise will set you up for success. Your analytical ability in cost control, reviewing monthly project forecasts and interrogating forecasting costs to complete as required, will also be crucial to your delivery. Your capability in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met will lead to positive outcomes for the department. A valid driver's licence is essential for this position.
