What’s on offer?

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our dynamic Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services (FHIS) team based in Ormeau, Queensland. Reporting to the Administration Manager, this pivotal role provides essential financial and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the efficiency of our long-term operations in Queensland.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the accounts payable processes, including raising purchase orders, receipting and reconciliations.
  • End of month procedures such as generating sales invoices, setting up pricing, stock reconciliations and cost tracking.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks including arranging meetings, coordinating functions, performing reception duties and document control.
  • Maintain various operational registers and compile periodic reports.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and team members to facilitate the administrative aspects of our operations.

You will play an active part in the implementation of our new ERP system and provide support to the operations throughout the training and roll-out phase, as well as ongoing support post implementation.

You will be flexible to travel regularly to support our operational teams throughout regional Queensland.

Experience in an administrative position in a construction/engineering or similar project-based environment will see you succeed in the role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential. Together with, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
