Senior Farm Hand

We are excited to invite applications for the permanent position of Senior Farm Hand at our Borambil aggregation, located near the township of Rand in Southern New South Wales.

Assist the Farm Manager and Operations Manager with daily operations of a large broad acre cropping aggregation.

You will have:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, suppliers, peers and other managers.
• Problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic and ability to follow process.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of farming operations, including record keeping.
• A modern and diligent approach to WHS.
• 5+ years’ experience in broad acre grain cropping production including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment, machinery and chemical handling.
