With an exciting pipeline of projects, Dalton Consulting Engineers (DCE) is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our growing firm.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Design Team Leader, you will collaborate with team members to develop and produce functional, detailed civil designs. As a leader, you will guide and mentor colleagues and junior staff, promoting best practices and fostering continuous development through knowledge sharing and active participation in technical discussions.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in Land Development
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, HecRAS, and Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrated experience in designing roads, drainage, sewer and water reticulation, retarding basins, and wetlands
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Motivated and collaborative team player

Desired Qualifications:

• Completion of MRWA DAS training or eligibility to complete it
• Professional Engineers Registration in Victoria (support available to obtain this)
