Scraper Operators (DIDO)

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking skilled Scraper Operators to join us on a variety of projects, initially across Queensland and New South Wales. About the Role

• Operate CAT 623, 637 and 657 scrapers (GPS‑equipped) safely and efficiently
• Complete daily pre-starts, preparation, positioning and general plant care
• Support bulk earthworks, cut‑to‑fill, drainage, civil construction, mining operations and agricultural projects
• Follow all WHS procedures and contribute to a zero-harm workplace

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating scrapers (other machinery experience advantageous) with GPS experience highly regarded
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and White Card
• Strong communication skills , a team-first mindset and a commitment to safety
• Previous experience on civil or mining projects
• Ability to work on FIFO/DIDO rosters initially across QLD and NSW
• QLD Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 are highly regarded
