ROM Loader Operator - Goldfields - 2/1 Roster

To support a new project awarded in the Goldfields we are seeking 2 experienced FIFO Loader Operators (Crusher Feed) to join the team on a 2/1 roster.

We will pay (direct where available) one flight on a 2/1 roster to Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville, Hobart, Launceston, Burnie & Darwin, flying with Virgin or Qantas or a one way (your return) flight to Auckland and South East Asian capitals (Denpasar, Bangkok, Singapore & Manila) if required.

Available start dates: Start at the end of July 2026 or join in in August

Job Offerings

• Permanent full-time opportunity on a long-term project

• $145,600 annually plus superannuation on all hours worked

• 1 week Day/1 week Night shift work

• 12.5 hour working day

• Weekly pay - even when you are on R & R

• Paid annual leave (20 days) & sick pay (10 days)

• Stand down pay (12 hrs)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Crusher/Hopper loading (Gold Ore) operating at WA 600.

To be considered for this role, successful applicants will possess the following:

• Komatsu - WA600 Loader - 3 years+ prior experience or similar CAT equipment

• Prior Crusher/Hopper Feed expertise and capable of managing Push Up/Feed & ROM Maintenance

• Relevant Ticket or VOC

• Enjoy working in a team environment & seek long term employment

• Full Australian working rights

• National Police Clearance
