Roller Operator with HRWL (DG and RB or RI or RA) – FIFO | 2:1 Roster

Georgiou has an urgent requirement for an experienced Roller Operator to join our team for an upcoming major civil project for a blue-chip mining client in Western Australia’s Pilbara region.

The successful candidate must be available to mobilise on 13 October 2026 and hold a current Roller ticket, as well as a HRWL with DG and RB, RI or RA. You will also need to be prepared to undertake labouring duties as required by the project.

Working a 2:1 FIFO roster ex Perth, you’ll join our construction team delivering significant bulk earthworks and civil construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

   • Safely operate a roller in accordance with project specifications
   • General labouring duties 
   • Perform rigging and dogging duties as required
   • Assist with site set-up, pack-up and general housekeeping
   • Complete work in accordance with agreed standards
   • Carry out daily safety checks and advise management of any safety breaches
   • Undertake general delivery and collection of materials using a Georgiou site vehicle
   • Assist with ad hoc tasks and general duties as directed by site management

Your skills and experience:

   • Demonstrated experience in a similar position on civil construction, mining or resources projects
   • Nationally recognised competencies/tickets for the equipment you operate
   • Must hold a valid HRWL (DG and RB, RI or RA)
   • Current RTIO inductions are highly desirable 
   • Previous Pilbara and FIFO experience will be highly regarded
   • Excellent communication skills
   • Construction White Card
   • Valid driver’s licence
   • Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster ex Perth
