Residential Site Supervisor / Foreman - Rockhampton

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor or up and coming Foreman able to deliver high quality luxury housing? Our Rockhampton site is looking for a trade qualified carpenter who's ready to step into this exciting position. Our Dean Street, Rockhampton site is full steam and we are seeking an experienced trade qualified carpenter or Site Supervisor to assist the Site Manager with the delivery of this stunning project.

 To be successful you must:

• Have a QBCC Supervisor License
• Experience in Residential Construction with high volume
• Drivers License + white card
• A trade background, carpentry is preferred
• Site supervision experience while following WHS procedures
• Problem solving skills and good decision making
• Competent with IT, preferably Onsite Companion
• Have a practical, hands-on approach ensuring you're present on site and follow through with what you commit to
• Remain calm under pressure while adapting to challenges if they arise
