Day to day you will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage construction sites across high-end custom homes, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional quality
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams, maintaining strict adherence to safety and documentation standards
• Monitor build progress, cost reporting, and quality control, ensuring client expectations are exceeded
