Who we are:
Keystone Civil, a diverse and dynamic civil construction company, is expanding its operations in Mildura with a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects across roadworks, bulk earthworks, renewables, and pipeline construction. We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Operations Manager to lead our regional operations and support the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all operational activities across the Mildura region, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards
- Provide leadership and support to Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contract requirements
- Ensure projects are appropriately resourced with the right skills, experience, and capability to achieve successful outcomes
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSEQ and legislative requirements
- Develop and implement regional strategies to support business growth and operational performance
- Monitor regional financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, and key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support tendering and pre-contract activities
- Lead and develop regional teams, fostering a high-performance and positive culture
- Ensure effective resource management, including plant, labour, and subcontractors
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within civil construction or infrastructure
- Strong background in both operations management and business development
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects successfully
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and project financials
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive leader who drives performance and continuous improvement
- Ability to build strong, high-performing teams and develop future leaders
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (desirable)
