Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
