Genuine Parts Company (GPC) Asia Pacific is seeking a highly organised and service-focused Recruitment Resourcer / Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role based at our national support office in Rowville, VIC.
This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment administration of casual roles across our Australian businesses, supporting brands including Repco, NAPA and AMX. You will ensure vacancies are advertised, processed, compliant and finalised efficiently, while delivering consistent and professional service to hiring managers and candidates.
Ideal for an experienced administrator or customer service professional, this position requires strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence working across stakeholders and systems. Recruitment experience will be highly regarded, and this role has proven to be a strong stepping stone into broader HR or recruitment careers. It could also be a strong step from agency into internal, particularly for consultants or coordinators managing temporary or contract portfolios.
About the role of Recruitment Resourcer / Coordinator:
This role focuses on delivering a structured, timely and compliant recruitment admin process. Hiring managers book and conduct interviews, and they make selection decisions. Your role is to ensure the coordination and completion of each hire is seamless.
