Medacs is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Allied Health Professional (AHP) desk. This is a high‑potential market with significant demand across Australia, offering a strong platform for an ambitious consultant to build a lucrative and long‑term desk.
You’ll be joining a small, close‑knit, high‑performing team with deep sector expertise, strong leadership support, and a collaborative culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on business development, relationship building, and growing their own market footprint.
What You'll Be Doing:
End‑to‑end management of an Allied Health 360 recruitment desk
Proactively drive business development, identifying and converting new client opportunities
Build strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare clients and AHP professionals
Source high‑quality candidates through networking, referrals, database management, social media, and job boards
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening and interviewing through to placement
Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions
Identify opportunities for growth within your desk and expand existing accounts
Collaborate with a high‑performing team, sharing market intelligence and best practice
What You’ll Bring:

An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within AHP or healthcare
Passionate about business development and building new client relationships
Commercially driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Confident managing a busy desk in a fast‑paced environment
