Engineering Trades Australia is a specialist recruitment and labour hire business focused on blue-collar trades across mining, resources, construction, defence, and heavy industrial sectors. Founded in 2018, we've built a strong national presence with offices in NSW, QLD, and WA.

We're looking for a proven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team in our Sydney CBD office. We want someone who knows their market, can hold a client relationship, and is ready to hit the ground running in a niche that genuinely rewards expertise.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle — BD, account management, sourcing, and placement
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients across construction, mining, defence, and industrial sectors in NSW
• Sourcing, screening, and placing trade and blue-collar candidates candidates (labour hire)
• Growing your own desk with the backing of an established brand and existing client base
• Working closely with the NSW Manager and wider national team

  
What you'll need

• Proven billing experience in a 360 recruitment role across blue-collar trades.
• Strong BD capability with a heavy sales focus.
• Experience placing blue-collar or technical candidates
• Self-motivated with the hunger to build something and earn accordingly
