We recruit across a wide range of industries — from administration and corporate roles through to trades, aviation, health, community services and beyond. What you'll be doing
Recruitment is hands-on and people-focused, and no two days are ever the same. In this role, you'll spend your time:

• Speaking with candidates and clients throughout the day
• Matching great people with great jobs across the Top End
• Supporting onboarding, checks, and compliance processes
• Following up, solving problems, and keeping things moving
• Working closely with a small team that genuinely supports each other

• $70,000–$80,000 salary based on experience

Who we're looking for
You don't need years of recruitment experience to apply. If you've worked in customer service, admin, hospitality, sales, community work, or any role where you deal with people and stay organised, we'd love to hear from you.
