Fulton Hogan are looking to hire an experienced Receptionist to join our Head Office team in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- First point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, creating a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
- Coordinate reception and office administration activities to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Head Office.
- Managing incoming calls, enquiries and messages, ensuring prompt, professional and exceptional customer-focused service
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries and parcels, ensuring items are distributed and stored appropriately.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor management and catering arrangements for meetings and events.
- Arrange domestic and trans-tasman travel bookings and associated travel requirements for employees.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, uniforms and workplace amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate office facilities and services, acting as a key liaison with building management, cleaning contractors and other service providers.
- Administer office car parking arrangements and support other workplace coordination activities.
How you'll connect to the role:
- Relevant experience in a reception, administration or similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- High attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative, strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently while anticipating the needs of the business.
