What’s on offer?

Our friendly team at Head Office in Noble Park is looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to support the Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services team.

This is a great opportunity to build your career, grow your skills on the job. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s a role for someone who’s organised, approachable, and adaptable in a busy environment.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Manage incoming calls and messages with professionalism and care.

  • Welcome internal and external visitors and create a positive first impression.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and office access arrangements.

  • Order PPE, uniforms, stationery, and office supplies, while helping keep shared spaces well maintained.

  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and provide admin support to the EA and wider team.

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Experience in a similar administration and reception role.

  • Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite, with JDE experience a bonus.

  • High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and solid time management.

  • The ability to build positive working relationships with people at all levels.

  • A genuine commitment to safety and to living Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely culture.
