About the role
As the Property Management Operations Manager VIC/SA, you will be responsible for supporting and developing Property Management businesses throughout Victoria and South Australia.
Reporting to the Head of Property Management and working closely with the Victorian and South Australian CEOs, you'll partner with business owners and their teams to improve profitability, increase growth, strengthen leadership capability and drive operational excellence.
This role combines coaching, business consulting, training facilitation, relationship management and industry leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives on helping others achieve success. The role is primarily based in Victoria and requires regular travel throughout both Victoria and South Australia.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with business owners and property management teams through structured business planning, quarterly reviews and office visits.
- Coach and support property management businesses to improve profitability, performance and operational effectiveness.
- Deliver property management training programs aligned with The Harcourts Way of Property Management.
- Develop and facilitate a comprehensive annual training calendar covering leadership, growth, legislation and best practice.
- Coach business owners and Business Development Managers on portfolio growth strategies, prospecting and acquisition opportunities.
- Monitor business performance, analyse profitability and support offices in achieving key growth targets.
- Provide guidance and support on recruitment, team development and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with state leadership teams to roll out new initiatives, technology solutions and business improvement programs.
- Stay informed on legislative changes, industry trends, emerging technology and customer experience developments.
- Support and promote Harcourts conferences, events, awards programs and business partner initiatives.
