Property and Logistics Officer

The Property & Logistics Officer provides administrative and operational support across PAMS’ property, asset, accommodation, maintenance, and logistics functions. The role assists in ensuring PAMS facilities, housing, assets, and resources are maintained and managed effectively to support service delivery across the organisation.

What You Will Do

• Maintain property, asset and vehicle records.
• Process purchase orders, requisitions and invoices.
• Support accommodation and project administration.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections.
• Manage stock and supplies for PAMS facilities.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Assets and Maintenance Team.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Certificate III in Business or equivalent administration experience.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel on remote roads when required.
• Ability to work respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.

Desirable

• Experience in property, asset, facilities, accommodation, or logistics administration.
• Experience using finance, procurement, or asset management systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance coordination and contractor management processes.
