The Opportunity

Ready to play a pivotal role in delivering some of Western Australia's most significant infrastructure projects?

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Asset Development and Delivery team. This is a unique opportunity to influence major capital investments, provide expert project controls leadership, and help deliver projects that keep WA connected to global trade.

Working across our Fremantle and Kwinana operations, you'll be at the centre of complex, high-value infrastructure programs, developing and managing integrated project schedules that drive successful project outcomes from concept through to commissioning.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Develop and manage integrated master schedules across major capital projects. 

• Analyse schedule performance, critical paths, risks and emerging issues. 

• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support decision making. 

• Lead schedule forecasting, progress measurement and recovery planning. 

• Support project controls activities including cost forecasting and performance analysis. 

• Contribute to delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) claims and contractual assessments. 

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment across project delivery teams.

The Expertise You Bring

• Significant experience in project scheduling within major infrastructure, resources or capital projects. 

• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, with strong project controls capability. 

• Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules. 

• Knowledge of delay analysis methodologies and contract frameworks. 

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. 

• A collaborative approach combined with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
