ย Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Project Engineer's to join our next phase of delivery on our flagship project for Inland Rail. The work involves a strategic approach and logistical planning for the delivery of multi-disc of projects across, civil, structures and track.ย

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide engineering expertise to the greater team to facilitate the civil construction process
Lead, mentor, and develop project engineers and site engineers.ย - Ensure design deliverables are clearly defined in support of construction and project deliverables.
- Maintain positive relationships with client representatives!
- Actively develop work packages in support of project construction activities, defining the scope of works, materials, and resource requirements
- Support and assist the construction team in the execution of the project on time and to budget.
- Ensure that all construction is completed in accordance with the Project Quality Management Plan and Workplace Health and Safety standards.
- Directly influence the safety culture through the promotion of safe work practices to all project personnel
- Perform technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, and quality control functions for all activities at site.
- Implement the inspection and test requirements of the Project Execution Plan
- Continually monitor the work team, promoting learning and development opportunities in support of current and future project requirements and their career development opportunities

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience of relevant Civil or Rail experience of at least 5 years.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
