What’s on offer?
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Fulton Hogan Utilities team supporting long-term NBN projects. Based in either Belmont, WA or Dulwich, SA, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced delivery environment and takes pride in high-quality project administration, completions, and stakeholder coordination.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
Manage project milestones and reporting in FSM (Dynamics 365)
Coordinate with clients, developers, builders and internal teams to support delivery and site readiness
Drive completions and handover activities to meet key deadlines
Prepare and submit completion documents
Coordinate defects and rectification works
Maintain accurate project data and reporting
Identify risks early and help keep projects on track.
How you'll connect to the role:
Experience in telecommunications or construction
Background in project coordination, completions or handover
Confidence working with developers, builders and external stakeholders
Experience with handover documentation and project administration
Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Dynamics 365 or QA/document control experience will be advantageous
