The Opportunity
Are you taking a gap year, recently finished school, or looking to gain real-world experience before your next step?
This is a hands-on opportunity to join a high-performing production team where you’ll learn how a global dairy business operates from milk intake to packaging all while working alongside experienced operators, leaders and technical specialists.
No previous dairy experience? No problem. We’ll train you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning how milk products are made in a modern dairy facility
- Working with friendly, experienced operators who support your development
- Rotating between day and afternoon shifts (week on / week off) with15% loading on afternoon shifts
- Supporting daily production operations in a modern dairy environment
- Learning how high-quality milk products are made, packed and distributed
- Working safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Gaining exposure to food manufacturing, quality standards and teamwork
- Building practical skills, you can take into future study or career pathways
What We’re Looking For
- Recent school leavers or early career starters
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability, teamwork and a strong safety mindset
- Comfort working on rotating day/afternoon shifts
- No experience needed - just enthusiasm and commitment
