Production Operator

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Production Operator to join our growing team at our Crestmead dairy site, south of Brisbane. Due to continued growth, we have a full-time permanent Day Shift opportunity available, working Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.

In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside a supportive team to produce high-quality dairy products enjoyed across the region. You'll play an important part in maintaining safe, efficient operations while contributing to continuous improvement and helping us deliver quality products to our customers every day.

Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!

Responsibilities

• Support production operations through a variety of rotating tasks across the manufacturing process

• Operate bottle fillers and associated equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards

• Complete quality checks and accurately maintain production, testing, and compliance records

• Proactively identify opportunities to resolve issues and improve production performance

• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and achieve shared goals

About You

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing, food production, warehousing, logistics, or a similar operational environment

• Mechanical aptitude and confidence assisting with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving activities

• Comfortable using technology and digital systems to support production, quality, and safety processes

• A collaborative approach with a strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality outcomes

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to team success
