Production Operator

Summary:

The Production Operator plays a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Certificate III in Electronic and Communications or Equivalent
• Additional Education or Certification in Food Science, Agriculture, or Related Field
• Experience in conducting quality checks
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a team environment
• Quality and process driven with strong attention to detail
• Physically fit for manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Ability to read and interpret numbers, drawings, and technical documents
