Help manufacture high-accuracy components at our Victoria, TX 77905 site by setting up, running, and optimizing CNC mills and lathes while upholding strict quality and safety standards.
Your impact
- Deliver parts to spec, on time, every time.
- Protect people and equipment by following safety protocols.
- Document production results and machine performance with accuracy.
- Drive efficiency by partnering with teammates to refine processes.
Primary responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to meet blueprint and work-order requirements.
- Read and interpret drawings, prints, and technical documents.
- Monitor operations; adjust offsets, tools, and parameters to hold tolerance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures during setup and production.
- Record production data and quality checks.
- Collaborate with peers to streamline changeovers and improve throughput.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional CNC coursework/certification preferred.
- Hands-on CNC operating experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of CNC machinery and programming fundamentals.
- Ability to read and apply technical drawings and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Effective communicator and reliable team contributor.
- Open to flexible scheduling and overtime as required.
