About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, the purpose of a Pre-cast Reo Cage Welder is to support the production of our industry-leading pools through

• Assembling and welding reo cages for pre-cast pools
• Carrying out all jig work

About you

To be successful in this role you will have

• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
• Proven MIG welding experience, with a strong focus on quality workmanship
• Highly reliable and committed, with a consistent work ethic
• Available to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for Saturday mornings when needed
• Strong ability to follow instructions and take pride in delivering high-quality results
• Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
• Physically capable of handling the demands of a hands-on role
