What’s on offer?

We’re looking for a Maintenance Plant Operator to join our Blending team at our McGraths Hill facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the safe and efficient operation of our fixed plant, working closely with the Blending and Emulsion team to maintain production, support continuous improvement and contribute to a positive team environment.

What you’ll do

• Operate and maintain fixed plant to support blending and production activities
• Carry out routine inspections, preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Support production processes to ensure quality outputs and efficient operations
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and support cost control
• Actively contribute to safety initiatives, toolbox talks and team discussions

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Experience in a production or plant environment is ideal, but not essential — we’re open to candidates from related industries such as warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• A current Forklift Licence
• Experience in fixed plant operations, maintenance or similar environments
• A strong focus on safety and quality in everything you do
• Good communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work to deadlines and maintain consistent output
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Experience in PMB blending, emulsion or asphalt environments is highly regarded, but not required.
