The Opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Planner/Scheduler plays a key role in coordinating workforce resources, maintenance activities, shutdowns, and operational service delivery across major projects. Working closely with operations, engineering, and site teams, you will ensure labour and equipment are effectively planned, scheduled, and deployed to meet business and client requirements.
This FIFO role is suited to a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities. You will contribute to safe, efficient, and reliable operations by supporting workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
