What’s on offer?
We’re looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our NSW Infrastructure Services business (ERIS). Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Manager, this role is all about keeping things running smoothly, supporting our leaders and employees with practical, reliable support.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our People & Culture function, providing timely, accurate and hands-on support across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide day-to-day P&C administrative support to our Infrastructure Services business in NSW
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Assist with recruitment coordination, where required
- Support payroll and employment changes by ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Respond to general P&C queries and provide practical guidance to leaders and employees
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity
- Contribute to process improvements that make things simpler and more efficient
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who’s organised, reliable and takes pride in delivering quality work. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable supporting a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
