Summary:
The Payroll Administrator will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and provide support to front line managers with rostering and award compliance. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this part-time position will also work closely with the Human Resources team to improve and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes and to improve the utilisation of the Employment Hero payroll and HR systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SCHADS award and have experience with system implementation and improvement.
