What’s on offer?
Our Operations Improvements team is seeking a Quality & Data Coordinator to join the business and play a key role in supporting pavement quality outcomes across our projects. Reporting to the Department Manager, you'll work closely with Pavement Advisors and operational teams to turn project data into meaningful insights that help improve quality, performance, and decision-making across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the civil construction and infrastructure industry. You'll gain exposure to pavement construction, quality systems, project delivery, and data analytics while working with experienced industry professionals. The role provides a strong foundation to develop your technical knowledge and can open doors to a range of career pathways across Fulton Hogan.
What you’ll do?
Provide data analysis and insights on onsite pavement performance, including compaction and conformance trends.
Support Pavement Advisors and operational teams with project-specific information, including offsets, rolling patterns, and performance reporting.
Build, maintain and continuously improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
Manage and maintain accurate datasets, reporting systems, and project records.
Respond to operational data queries and provide timely reporting to support project decision-making.
Maintain equipment calibration records and associated quality documentation.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical insights.
Ensure records are maintained in line with organisational, quality, and statutory requirements.
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of information.
