The Opportunity
Join our Operations Improvements business unit as a Pavement Quality Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role supporting our field teams with real-time insights and reporting.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role where you’ll turn information from site into meaningful insights that improve safety, quality and performance on the ground. You’ll work closely with our Pavement Advisors and business units to help lift outcomes across our projects.
What you’ll be responsible for
About you
You bring a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, paired with confidence working with data and systems. You have experience using Power BI and Excel to analyse information and build meaningful reports, and you’re comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’re a clear and approachable communicator who builds strong relationships across the business, working collaboratively with teams to understand their needs and deliver practical, timely insights that make a real impact.
