Operations Manager

• Lead a high‑profile, multi‑site Facilities Management contract
• Influence safety culture, commercial outcomes, and client satisfaction
• Senior role with full operational, commercial, and safety accountability

THE POSITION

• Provide end‑to‑end operational leadership of a large Hard FM contract across 5+ sites
• Ensure contract compliance with WHS, environmental, quality, and mining requirements
• Lead and manage Maintenance Managers, Minor Works, subcontractors, and support teams
• Own contract KPIs, asset management, performance reporting, and audits
• Manage budgets, planned and reactive maintenance expenditure, and commercial outcomes
• Act as the senior operational interface with Anglo American stakeholders
• Drive client satisfaction, contract retention, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote and embed a strong safety culture across all sites

THE PERSON

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Operations, Facilities, Contract, or Asset Management
• Proven success managing multi‑site Hard FM operations, ideally in mining or heavy industry
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing large, diverse teams
• In‑depth understanding of WHS, environmental, and legislative compliance
• High commercial acumen with proven budget and KPI management skills
• Confident communicator with strong client and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to identify improvement, innovation, and contract growth opportunities
• Relevant qualifications in business, engineering, or contract management (desirable)
