We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the continued growth, alignment and operational efficiency of our Collective. This full-time 12‑month contract role is central to ensuring strong internal processes, cohesive working relationships and consistent delivery of high‑quality work.

Reporting to the Managing Director and Creative Director, this role is the glue of the organisation and ensures the Collective is aligned and the operational engine of the business is quietly humming. It suits someone who enjoys being the go‑to person, takes ownership, and finds satisfaction in making everything work behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate monthly financial reporting cycles and ensure accurate, timely delivery
  • Maintain oversight of group‑level financial activity
  • Confidently work with financial data and finance teams without needing formal accounting qualifications

Workflow and Process Improvement

  • Oversee workflow across the business to ensure consistency and accountability
  • Support and implement process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure systems and tools are consistently used and well embedded
  • Provide advice to leadership on workflow efficiency and operational alignment

Facilities and Strategic Sourcing

  • Oversee day‑to‑day facilities management across all premises
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contracts and SLAs
  • Identify opportunities to improve supplier arrangements and operational efficiency

Digital and Technology

  • Act as the primary contact for the external IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Coordinate the transition to a new IT MSP in October 2026, ensuring continuity of service
  • Oversee day‑to‑day stakeholder coordination with the MSP
  • This is a relationship and stakeholder management role, no hands‑on technical expertise is required

General Operations and Culture

  • Support smooth onboarding of new employees in partnership with HR
  • Oversee internal communications and events to support alignment and culture
  • Act as a trusted operational partner and the go‑to contact across the Collective

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in an operations, business management, client services or generalist management role with cross‑functional responsibility
  • Comfortable in a lean and entrepreneurial business where things move quickly and the answers aren’t always obvious
  • Comfortable working across finance, technology and external service providers
  • Strong process improvement and vendor management capability
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in professional services, construction or similar environments preferred
