About the Role:

This senior Operations Manager role puts you at the heart of our growth, leading production and integrating supply chain, logistics, quality, and facilities into one streamlined model.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll translate strategic intent into operational excellence, maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and defence export controls, and drive readiness across new builds, refurbishments, and supply activities.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Lead production to deliver complex, high-value systems on time and to standard
• Integrate supply chain, logistics, quality, and facilities for seamless performance
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ITAR/EAR, DSGL, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement across domestic and international markets
• Oversee ERP/MRP systems and digital tools for operational visibility
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team focused on delivery and quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing complex production in advanced manufacturing, defence, or technology sectors
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
• Expertise in supply chain integration, logistics, and quality management
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and digital operations tools
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and defence compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated success in leading diverse operational teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management
