Job Connect is seeking reliable Production Labourers to support a skilled production team at a well-established international manufacturing facility in Wacol. This role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly by assisting machine operators with materials handling, preparation, and general production support.

About the Role:
Working alongside Production Machine Operators, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting operators with loading raw materials into production equipment
• Manual handling of materials and product (up to 20kg)
• Cleaning and maintaining production areas to site standards
• Preparing materials, packaging and pallets for production and dispatch
• Supporting quality and housekeeping requirements on the production floor
• General labouring duties to keep workflows efficient and safe

The role offers:

• $33–$40 per hour + overtime (dependent on shift)
• Day shift and Afternoon roles with 6:00am or 2:00pm start, Monday to Friday
• Ongoing work with long-term potential

An ideal applicant will have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or labouring roles (preferred)

• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
• Full Australian working rights
