What’s on offer?

We are looking to recruit a National Talent Acquisition Advisor to form part of our National Talent function, reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager. This Sydney-based role involves supporting both Fulton Hogan Construction (FHC) and Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services (FHIS) business streams. You’ll partner closely with leaders across these business streams, providing practical, timely and commercially sound recruitment solutions.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for salary and wages roles using a mix of reactive and proactive sourcing channels while contributing to workforce planning and broader recruitment initiatives. Your responsibilities will, also, include:

  • Advising leaders on fit-for-purpose recruitment strategies and market insights
  • Forecasting recruitment needs 3–6 months ahead, identifying alternative sourcing approaches where required
  • Building strong relationships through regular site visits and close engagement with operational teams
  • Driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment-related projects
  • Leveraging data and insights to inform recruitment strategies, manage expectations and deliver timely outcomes
  • Staying across recruitment market trends and sharing insights with stakeholders and the broader Talent team

This role offers variety and the opportunity to influence how we attract talent across the business. You will have a full suite of tools to help you succeed.

How will you connect to the role?

You’ll succeed in this role through your ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders at all levels, combined with your experience recruiting across both salaried and wages roles using a range of innovative and non‑traditional sourcing approaches. While prior internal recruitment experience is preferred, candidates from RPO or agency backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Commercially minded and well organised, you’ll be comfortable juggling competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Your flexible, solutions‑focused approach will enable you to quickly make a meaningful impact across the business.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit, experienced and high-performing National Talent Acquisition team that values shared learning, support and high performance. You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your portfolio while being supported by a strong national team.

Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
