The Opportunity
We're looking for a National Sustainability Advisor to join Fulton Hogan Australia and help shape the future of sustainability within the business.
Reporting to the National Environment & Sustainability Manager, this newly created role offers the opportunity to work across our diverse operations throughout Australia. You'll contribute to sustainability reporting, governance, compliance and performance improvement initiatives while helping to embed sustainable practices across our projects and businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne with sustainability experience, looking to broaden their exposure, influence organisational outcomes and play a meaningful role in advancing our environmental, social and business? priorities.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a sustainability professional who is passionate about driving meaningful environmental, social and governance outcomes and is motivated by the opportunity to influence performance across a large and diverse infrastructure business. You will bring approximately four or more years of experience in sustainability, environmental management or a related discipline, supported by a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering or a similar field. Experience working across both operational and corporate environments within infrastructure, construction or a related industry will be highly regarded. You will have exposure to sustainability reporting, governance processes and regulatory frameworks, along with strong analytical, data management and reporting capabilities.
To be successful in the role, you'll be a proactive and collaborative professional who can build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively across all levels of the business and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. A current driver's licence is required.
