The Opportunity
We're looking for a National Environmental Advisor to join our Fulton Hogan Australia business and support the delivery of strong environmental outcomes across our operations.
Reporting to the National Environment & Sustainability Manager, this role will work across Fulton Hogan's Australian entities, helping drive environmental compliance, governance and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to influence environmental performance nationally while partnering closely with operational teams and project stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an environmental professional who enjoys balancing technical advice, stakeholder engagement and practical outcomes. There is flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an environmental professional who is passionate about improving environmental performance and helping operational teams achieve practical, compliant outcomes. You will bring approximately four or more years of experience in environmental management or a related field, supported by tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering or a similar discipline. Experience working within infrastructure, construction or related industries will be highly valued, particularly where you have been involved in environmental compliance, governance processes and the application of regulatory requirements.
You will possess strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across both operational and corporate environments. Most importantly, you'll have a proactive mindset, a commitment to continuous improvement and a genuine desire to contribute to positive environmental outcomes across the business. A current driver's licence is required.
